An experienced ERP Change Lead is needed to support an ERP implementation program. You will need a successful change consulting background with the ability to convert abstract concepts into practical solutions. You will also need to be a strong relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management skills. You will have developed strategies to deal with the particular change management challenges arising from ERP implementation including cultural change and new processes and role adoption. Your ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations will be strong as will your excellent communication skills.
This is a fast-moving, high pressure environment, so flexibility, working with ambiguity, being a team player and having a good sense of humour are essential.
